Even before Covid-19, the demand for resources and services that address a variety of student basic needs including mental health was trending upward. As many institutions of higher education pivoted to remote instruction and operations last spring, some existing models of service delivery proved to be effective in reaching students. Panelists discussed the importance of a coordinated and collaborative response to meeting students where they are; how service delivery is evolving to facilitate student success.
