Equity Speaks sessions are modeled in the spirit of mini “Ted Talks” with a moderated panel of representatives from each institution. Equity Speaks is a way for you to lean into what others are doing, to ask questions and to network with fellow ILEA members. Each panel member has 5-7 minutes to deliver a talk.
