The Partnership for College Completion is proud to welcome Lissette Cardona to the team as its new Office Manager to help support PCC initiatives and work in collaboration across the organization to ensure operations run smoothly and effectively.

Lissette Cardona joined PCC in November, bringing with her more than a decade of experience as a seasoned administrative professional specializing in executive support and operations management. Prior to joining PCC, she served as the executive office administrator at the executive search firm Roberts & Ryan.

Lissette is skilled at fostering team personal growth, recognizing its impact on creating a positive work atmosphere and ensuring smooth operations. Her expertise lies in executive support and operations management. Lissette holds an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science from Northwestern Business College.
