PCC is proud to welcome Giselle Palacios to its team as the new Research and Data Associate. She started her college journey at Saint Xavier University, where she initially studied mathematics secondary education, but found an interest in research and ultimately received her Bachelor’s in Mathematics. Giselle then attended graduate school at Governors State University and earned her Master’s in Mathematics only months before joining PCC in January.
“I knew I wanted my data analysis skills and research to have a meaningful impact somewhere, and as someone who has always been passionate about making sure everyone gets the education they deserve, I am excited to join PCC. I am looking forward to working with the team on projects that are focused on increasing equity in higher education,” said Palacios.
Palacios is a skilled researcher and data analyst who has a passion for solving problems and uncovering meaningful insights. She is proficient in interpreting complex datasets, performing statistical analysis, and creating effective data visualizations.
