Join Partnership for College Completion for an engaging and important discussion about its latest report, Advancing Adequacy-Based Funding for Community Colleges in Illinois, at South Suburban College on Wednesday, Sept. 25 at 9:30 a.m.

As PCC works alongside partners to pass an adequate and equitable funding formula for Illinois public universities based on the recommendations of the Commission on Equitable Public University Funding, this new report will add to the conversation around increasing investment into higher education to create a more equitable funding system for all Illinoisans.

Attendees will learn key insights from the report, authored by Dr. Frank Fernandez and Dr. Xiaodan Hu, about how Illinois can more equitably and fairly fund its community college system.

The event will also include two panels featuring college leaders, faculty, and representation from the Illinois Community College Board, as well as a panel of current college students who will share their experiences.
