I serve as the primary liaison between PCC and our college and university partners throughout Illinois. I lead the PCC team in delivering programs that help colleges and universities implement research-based strategies to close persistence and degree achievement gaps on their campuses.

As a first-generation college graduate, I know how a college degree has opened doors for me personally and also allowed me to provide greater opportunities for my own children. I believe that the work we do at PCC helps create college and university environments that better support all students in earning their degree and creating the futures they want for themselves and their families.

As a DePaul University orientation leader, I fell in love with working with students in transition and went on to pursue my MEd in College Student Affairs at the University of Georgia. I have since spent almost 20 years working in admissions and enrollment, with most of my career focused on support for transfer students.

I work with colleges and universities across Illinois to strengthen transfer pathways and improve student success. Through data, research, and collaboration, I help develop and support initiatives that make higher education more equitable and accessible for all students.

I believe higher education has the power to transform lives, and every student deserves a fair opportunity to earn a degree. I’m passionate about removing barriers and creating systems that better support transfer, first-generation, and historically underserved students.

My career has focused on higher education, student success, and institutional effectiveness. With graduate degrees in Higher Education and Student Affairs and Public Affairs, I’ve worked in advising, assessment, accreditation, and research. Those experiences led me to the Partnership for College Completion, where I can combine my passion for educational equity with meaningful, statewide impact.
