We will share the history of the ILEA Initiative and how it became a pioneering effort to champion college completion disparities in the state of Illinois. You will hear from PCC staff, as well as researchers from NORC who conducted a study on how developing institutional practices and policies along with participation in a facilitated collaborative helped to support equity focused change at the institutions that participated in the ILEA Initiative.
