The Partnership for College Completion Student Advisory Council (SAC) equips students with skills that will help them advance their college careers to completion and learn the importance of engaging decision makers in conversations that will improve Illinois’ higher education system.

Interested in joining the Student Advisory Council for the 2026-2027 academic year? Applications are now open through August 7, 2026. Follow the instructions below and use the form to submit your application.
You should apply if you are:
- A student at a 2-year or 4-year institution in Illinois
- Interested in policy, advocacy, or institutional change
- Active on campus and ready to lead equity-based projects
